Stark Varg

BEFORE
AFTER

This custom Stark build is a perfect blend of cutting-edge tech and refined aggression. Every inch of this build is intentional. It's silent, electric, and deadly precise — a true weapon on two wheels with one goal in mind: to build the ultimate freeride bike.

Here’s what I did 👇🏼

- Coated battery: I wanted this thing to be different. I always do. Coating the battery is yet to be done. This will be a ramp/free ride bike.

- Carbon hubs: @jtr_moto laced up a set of Talon wheels and hubs with the mag/carbon hub, black spokes and nipples. One of the trickest parts on the build.

- Brakes: We went over sized both front and rear with the Brembo master cylinder upgrade. Not to mention the coatings, they look bad ass and work even better.

- Suspension: Kashima & TiNitrate coatings all around, revalved with a ‘Freeride’ setting by @jrfactory_services- Controls: ODI hon/kaw oe bend with soft half waffle lock on grips @odigripsau- Frame: Side plates are coated black then raptor coated on top. I wanted this bike to look bad ass but perform even better, I’ve felt like the bike can feel slippery at times so I looked to find some more grip on the side plates where your boots grip!

- Titanium: We’ve gone for the @ballardsoffroad Ti pegs and a bunch of Ti bolts throughout the build.

- Carbon: The @p3carbon skid plate compliments the build with the gloss finish. It’s strong and it’s light!

- Graphics: My signature kit, minimal, clean and represents all the epic brands and partners I have for 2025 @rival_ink- Tyres: @pirellimotoaus Mid hards all round. My favourite tyres! They last ages and have plenty of rubber on the ground!

- Oils: From powertrain oil, to suspension fluids, assembly grease, brake fluid, we only used the best @maxima_australia- Other coatings: Fun fact I got the frame back to raw and heat treated the welds, didn’t like the look and went back to black, to match the swing arm, battery, frame side plates and clamps.

- Seat: Thrill seekers custom gripper @thrillseekers- Chain: RK Chain with link on the opposite side, I’ve done this a bunch on my builds and I love the look of it!
